Build and operate Elastic Build and Melange to produce, validate, and deliver Chainguard OS packages. Improve reliability, scalability, automation, observability, and multi-architecture support; implement rebuild/review automation; run on-call, incident response, and document systems and roadmap.

Build territory plans, manage pipeline, forecast and exceed quota, collaborate with product and sales engineering, and evangelize secure software practices. Travel to client sites as needed and maintain CRM and competitive knowledge.
