Provide Tier 2 technical support for Intermedia cloud communications: handle phone queue, troubleshoot telephony and network issues, work with carriers and vendors, document and improve KB and processes, prepare incident reports, monitor systems, participate in on-call rotation and project work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Recruit, onboard, and enable MSPs, VARs, and technology partners across the Western Region. Drive partner recruitment, business development, enablement, and relationship management to accelerate recurring revenue growth for Intermedia’s UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio.

Lead customer-facing deployments of AI-powered contact center applications from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Facilitate workshops, design solutions, configure voice and digital AI agents, integrate with CRMs via APIs/webhooks, author test plans and runbooks, support UAT and hypercare, and collaborate with product and engineering to scale Professional Services.

Lead procurement strategy and supplier selection for inbound products and services. Manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts with Legal, administer Coupa purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and apply AI/ML and reporting tools to optimize procurement processes while collaborating with cross-functional senior stakeholders.

Manage and grow an assigned book of business for Intermedia's hosted communications and cloud solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prospect new logos, deliver demos and proposals, collaborate with internal teams on migrations and upgrades, and consistently meet or exceed quota.

Deploy, maintain, and automate application infrastructure on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform. Build automation pipelines, support and troubleshoot in-house and third-party apps, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide remote technical support for Intermedia cloud communications products via phone, web, and live chat. Troubleshoot VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS issues, document bugs and trends, escalate appropriately, assist teammates, and identify upsell opportunities while meeting KPI goals.

Manage procurement across ~$200M spend: author commodity strategies, lead supplier selection/RFPs and contract negotiations with Legal, configure ERPs and tools (Coupa, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Atlassian, AI models), create requisitions/orders, reconcile invoices, onboard vendors, and deliver procurement metrics and strategic initiatives.

Sell Intermedia cloud communications services through channel partners. Prospect, present, close deals, manage partner relationships and post-sale support, meet monthly sales targets, and protect partner/customer churn.
