Leads enterprise risk and compliance operations for a biotech company preparing for commercialization. Oversees compliance systems, process governance, reporting, investigations, third-party risk management, vendor governance, data quality, analytics, and corrective-action monitoring. Drives cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements, compliance tooling strategy, and scalable operating procedures while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders. Owns the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and CLM administration. Partners with stakeholders across Research, Clinical, Commercial, and G&A to manage risks and create enforceable agreements. Administers Ironclad workflows, templates, permissions, reporting, and training while improving contracting processes, automation, metrics, and scalability. Supports legal and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced biotech environment.
