The Joint Replacement Sales Associate supports sales through product evaluations, assists in business development, builds client relationships, and provides customer service in surgical environments.

Provide onsite support for endoscopy procedures by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting surgical equipment and disposables. Support OR teams during procedures, perform function testing, wrap and containerize sets, track instruments, and document usage and performance. Maintain certifications, collaborate with clinical and SPD staff, follow safety/privacy standards, and provide rotating/on-call coverage with occasional travel.
