Owns complex EHR software implementations and Classic-to-Plus migrations from kickoff through post-go-live adoption. Manages high-risk customer portfolios, timelines, milestones, satisfaction, and time-to-value while maintaining Zoho CRM records. Partners with Product, Support, and Training to resolve blockers, reports portfolio health to leadership, improves implementation playbooks, and mentors implementation specialists. The role requires strong change management, stakeholder communication, escalation judgment, and experience executing healthcare software deployments.
