Lead origination and growth of Outsourcing services by prospecting, building executive relationships, developing pipeline, and closing new business. Architect Advisory solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive recurring outsourced services revenue, position GT capabilities, and maintain CRM discipline while representing the firm at industry events.

Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation engagements: assess current-state, design future-state operating models (GBS/shared services), select and implement HCM/payroll systems, optimize processes, drive governance and change management, manage project delivery, mentor teams, build client relationships, and support proposal and thought leadership activities.
