Collaborate with transaction services, prepare written analyses, review tax aspects of financial models and transaction documents, and support responses to tax authorities.

Lead and expand the Value Creation practice for PE, hedge fund, and investment banking clients. Drive business development, oversee multiple engagements, deliver measurable value creation, mentor staff, integrate insights into deal advisory, and support practice growth and client account strategy.
