Develop and maintain embedded IEEE 802.15.4 networking software across SoC and host architectures, integrate multiprotocol stacks (OpenThread, Zigbee, Bluetooth LE), implement bare-metal and RTOS modules, write unit tests, debug on ARM/Linux using JTAG/GDB, use CI/CD and container tooling, and mentor junior engineers.

Support customers integrating Silicon Labs' IEEE 802.15.4 wireless stacks by debugging complex embedded software and networking issues, creating documentation and example applications, driving alpha customer engagements, and translating field feedback into product improvements. Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams, mentor junior engineers, and guide customers from evaluation through production readiness.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and optimize embedded software for the Matter protocol, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to enhance IoT applications.
