As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and optimize embedded software for the Matter protocol, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to enhance IoT applications.

Design, implement, and automate functional, negative, performance, and stress tests for embedded wireless and MCU products. Build and maintain distributed test networks and CI-driven test automation, debug issues with development and support teams, reproduce customer problems, and improve team productivity through scripting and process automation.

The Associate Staff Embedded Software Engineer will develop and maintain embedded software features, optimize radio software, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic IoT environment.

Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts (Python/PyTest) for 15.4-based wireless stacks. Execute test plans, support CI/CD (Jenkins), troubleshoot and document issues in Linux, collaborate with software/DevOps teams, and improve test infrastructure and quality metrics.
