Develop and maintain low-level embedded software for low-power wireless MCUs and SDKs. Own features from requirements through release, optimize real-time firmware for performance and power efficiency, debug hardware-software issues, support silicon bring-up, develop automated testing, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams. The role also includes code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring engineers.

Develop and maintain embedded IEEE 802.15.4 networking software across SoC and host architectures, integrate multiprotocol stacks (OpenThread, Zigbee, Bluetooth LE), implement bare-metal and RTOS modules, write unit tests, debug on ARM/Linux using JTAG/GDB, use CI/CD and container tooling, and mentor junior engineers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and optimize embedded software for the Matter protocol, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to enhance IoT applications.
