The role requires at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, with patent litigation experience preferred. Occasional travel and hybrid work in the Boston office are required.

The Senior eDiscovery Analyst advises litigation teams and clients on ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production. The role manages Relativity applications, develops discovery databases and documentation, troubleshoots data, and supports cloud and collaboration data sources. It designs and validates Relativity aiR workflows, mentors analysts on generative AI, and ensures defensible review practices. The analyst also manages multiple projects, maintains technical expertise, supports clients and vendors, works Eastern Time hours, and meets a 1,400-hour annual billable goal.

Support the Trademark team by preparing and filing U.S. and Madrid/WIPO trademark documents (using the U.S. PTO ETEAS), communicating with clients and foreign associates, handling TTAB/UDRP/copyright matters, conducting preliminary trademark searches, and assisting on special projects. Meet the paralegal 1300-hour billing metric and work hybrid with in-office presence required three days per month.
