Reviews and validates client tax documents, identifies missing or inconsistent information, and contacts clients to complete files. Maintains accurate CRM records, manages a caseload, explains requirements and timelines, and advances complete cases to licensed tax preparers for filing. Requires tax preparation or documentation review experience, tax knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, and active CTEC registration or a PTIN/CAF number. This role does not prepare or file returns.
