Lead planning and execution of interconnect measurement and regulation projects across the gas transportation system. Manage scope, cost, schedule, contracts, suppliers, construction coordination, commissioning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to deliver safe, high-quality facility installations and final cost reconciliation.

Lead and manage gas interconnect and measurement projects across an assigned region: maintain customer relations, develop estimates and schedules, manage contracts and procurement, oversee construction and commissioning, track performance and change orders, and ensure compliance with Interconnection Agreements, safety, timeliness, and quality.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-value pipeline and compressor station projects. Build and run project execution teams, manage cost, schedule, risk, regulatory permitting (FERC), stakeholder relations, and present outcomes to executives and boards. Drive continuous improvement and project close-out including lessons learned and financial reviews.
