Lead state and local tax consulting and compliance services, including multistate returns, nexus and taxability studies, audit defense, due diligence, pass-through entity matters, tax research, and planning. Develop new business, service existing clients, collaborate with tax professionals, contribute to thought leadership and technology initiatives, and mentor staff.

Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements. Advises clients on tax compliance, reporting, risk mitigation, compensation structuring, and M&A transactions. Reviews plan documents and filings, manages key client relationships, develops business, mentors professionals, conducts training, and supports recruiting and practice growth.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.
