Provide regulatory legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage lending laws (TILA/Reg Z, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA). Develop and amend policies and procedures, maintain a Mavent Compliance Guide, collaborate with EVP and business stakeholders to create LOS (Encompass) compliance solutions, and report recommendations to leadership.

Provide structured onboarding, 1:1 coaching, and performance support for new and underperforming mortgage processors. Customize channel-specific training, create job aids and Encompass setups, track progress, collaborate with leadership and Training & Development, and help processors transition to full pipeline management while ensuring regulatory and workflow compliance.

The Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist generates and reviews mortgage loan disclosures, ensures compliance with regulations, and assists loan originators and processors.

Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), communicate with internal teams and settlement agents, produce Closing Disclosures, validate fees, balance wires, maintain closing pipeline and meet delivery timelines.

Coordinate resolution of investor-identified post-closing conditions by researching loan files, obtaining and uploading documentation to investor portals, collaborating with internal teams and clients, monitoring pipelines and suspense reports, and ensuring loans are cleared for purchase in a timely manner while maintaining investor guideline knowledge.
