Lead Duck Creek upgrades and cross-functional IT modernization projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and releases. Establish project governance, change management, and Agile delivery practices. Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-release reviews. Serve as liaison between business units and Duck Creek Technologies, maintain upgrade calendars, and track cloud optimization backlogs. Prepare executive reporting, manage project finances and SOWs, and coach teams on delivery standards and continuous improvement.

Prepare and validate premium, claim, and exposure data; perform actuarial analyses and reasonability checks; develop/update actuarial tools; document and communicate assumptions and results; pursue actuarial exam progress toward accreditation.

The Associate Actuary analyzes insurance data, manages projects, improves actuarial methodologies, and mentors team members while ensuring communication and accuracy in their work.
