Supports project managers in coordinating customer and internal pharmaceutical development and manufacturing projects. Tracks project plans, tasks, risks, timelines, invoicing, forecasts, meetings, action items, communications, technical information, customer visits, status reports, and project logistics throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates lower-complexity projects and workstreams under project management oversight while maintaining accurate project metrics and escalating issues.

Manages customer development and manufacturing projects across their full lifecycle, coordinating technical teams, timelines, budgets, documentation, issue escalation, incident closure, and customer communications. Tracks project progress, ensures deliverables meet requirements, supports customer relationships, and reports status and risks to management. The role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
