Manage strategic account projects for Staples Promotional Products by driving revenue growth, coordinating site/experiential opportunities, recommending products, supporting sales leaders, managing vendors, creating marketing/merchandising collateral, tracking projects, resolving invoicing/delivery issues, and traveling as needed to support sales.

Lead day-to-day execution of Staples' Amazon storefront across pricing, listings, advertising, orders, and inventory. Manage marketplace and settlement accounting: prepare and review journal entries, maintain two-day close, perform monthly reconciliations, enforce SOX controls, partner with onshore/offshore teams, support audits, provide forecasting, and lead 1-2 associates.

Design, configure, and administer the Splunk observability platform for enterprise-scale log and event ingestion. Optimize pipelines for performance, cost, and retention; integrate Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), CI/CD and deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible), and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, PagerDuty). Implement automation using Python/Bash, manage Splunk apps/roles, and support observability and APM initiatives while collaborating within SAFe using Jira and Confluence.

Lead Staples' media relations and storytelling: develop proactive PR strategies, manage daily media engagement and agency relationships, draft press materials and executive talking points, monitor media trends, oversee PR program execution, and support issues/crisis and executive thought leadership efforts.

Lead IT sourcing activities including RFIs/RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation and renewals, collaborate with stakeholders and legal/risk/privacy/cyber teams, manage procure-to-pay processes, and deliver cost-savings targets.
