Support administration and analysis of compensation programs across US and Canada. Perform job evaluations, salary and market pricing analysis, identify pay trends and gaps, prepare reports, support merit/bonus cycles, participate in survey submissions, maintain compensation data, and partner with HR and business stakeholders on Total Rewards projects.

Serve as the central escalation point for complex Order-to-Cash issues. Triage and track incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate cross-functional resolutions to remove payment blockers, reduce AR delinquency, support system upgrades/UAT, and drive process improvements while championing customer experience and timely communications.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive and commission programs. Partner with merchandising leaders to build sales and margin forecasts, create month-end performance summaries and annual budgets, analyze large datasets, build financial models, provide ad-hoc analytics, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders to drive business performance.

Manage and optimize third-party marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart) to drive revenue, conversion, and margin. Execute listing, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies. Analyze performance data, track KPIs, partner cross-functionally (Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance), and support junior team members and process improvements.

Own the end-to-end SMB customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition through onboarding, activation, growth, and reengagement. Define lifecycle stages, success metrics, and operating cadences; analyze acquisition quality and funnel performance; influence digital experiences and messaging; optimize handoffs to sales/support; develop interventions for under-engaged accounts; identify friction points and drive cross-functional improvements.

Prepare and review monthly journal entries and reconciliations, support close and SOX compliance, partner with auditors and business teams, manage expense areas, analyze accruals/variances, improve processes, and support reporting and forecasting for assigned balance sheet and income statement areas.

Lead product vision and roadmap for AI/ML-powered commerce experiences. Define requirements, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering/data science/MLOps, run experiments and KPI tracking, and deliver scalable features that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Own execution and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising). Manage bidding, budgets, keyword research, QA, reporting, and testing. Partner cross-functionally to align campaigns with promotions and product priorities and drive KPI improvements (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Support sales transformation by analyzing pricing, bids, margins, and commercial performance. Produce pricing insights and recommendations, support complex bids, partner with sales/finance/procurement, use Power BI and advanced Excel, maintain audit-ready documentation, and facilitate workshops to improve bid strategy and profitability.
