Staff Attorney supporting American Tower’s U.S. Tower Legal department. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, amendments, and related agreements; analyzing terminations, renewals, assignments, defaults, permitting, and regulatory matters; resolving property and customer issues; and addressing title curative matters with external title companies. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong legal writing and negotiation skills, and a Juris Doctor with a state bar license.
