Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across a multi-entity organization; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and GAAP reporting. Manages treasury operations, banking relationships, cash forecasting, tax compliance, audits, consolidations, and subsidiary support. Develops accounting policies, strengthens internal controls, researches technical accounting matters, and improves processes and systems while collaborating with internal teams, auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Lead launch and operation of the Explore Impact Hub: set strategic direction and theory of change, design and manage a portfolio of programs, oversee research and evaluation, cultivate national partnerships and field-building, recruit and lead the Hub team, manage budgets and operations, and serve as the Hub's primary external ambassador.
