The Client Success Manager will build relationships with a portfolio of clients, support performance tracking, manage client requests, and assist in retention and growth strategies.

Support month-end close by preparing payroll and journal entries, perform monthly bank reconciliations, process user donations and charity payments, and help implement automation and AI-driven tools to streamline reconciliations and financial reporting.
