Implement Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub and RPDM ETL, data hygiene, and identity resolution. Build data ingestion/automation, troubleshoot client implementations, collaborate with development and project teams, and support product feature identification.

Serve as the central technical contact for assigned accounts, proactively manage and escalate technical issues, recommend feature fit and best practices, maintain client relationships, host status calls, and develop technical account management strategies to maximize customer success.
