The role requires SQL, Python or similar scripting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with voter data, PII, data quality, stakeholder training, and BI tools is preferred.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (DevOps, AppSec, SRE, FinOps) to build reliable, secure, and cost-effective shared systems. Set technical strategy and roadmap, manage technical debt, drive platform delivery, lead incident response, improve observability and FinOps visibility, and coach emerging engineering leaders to raise standards across the organization.
