Build and manage a post-charge-off deficiency recovery program, including legal escalation criteria, regulatory compliance, settlement letters, consumer contact standards, vendor and outside counsel oversight, litigation coordination, reporting, training, and policy development. Ensure compliance with FDCPA, UDAAP, ECOA, SCRA, bankruptcy requirements, and state consumer protection laws across a non-prime auto lending portfolio.

Design and develop major functional or performance enhancements for existing software products, and create new software products or tools. Build REST APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Python; work with relational and non-relational databases; use AWS cloud services; implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation; and collaborate within an Agile software development team.
