Lead design and day-to-day management of the Xsolla Credit Fund's operations: fund formation, service-provider selection, LP onboarding, capital calls, NAV/valuation, reporting, compliance, audit readiness, and building a documented operating playbook and junior operations team.

Lead and build the fund's underwriting function: design credit policy and frameworks, underwrite and structure lending facilities to game studios, run credit committee and governance, support LP diligence and fundraising, codify playbooks, and hire and mentor a junior credit team.

Lead LP fundraising for a first-time private credit fund: activate and steward LP relationships, manage pipeline and CRM, prepare investor materials, coordinate diligence, and support fund setup and cross-product fundraising.

Design, build, and operate the credit fund's end-to-end data and automation stack.
