The Project Manager I supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking documentation, and maintaining project visibility and organization. This entry-level role partners with team leads to ensure efficient operations and quality project execution, while also maintaining reliable project data and reporting.

Support coordinated project delivery by producing and maintaining Revit models, drawings, and documentation. Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks/ACC, update sheets and templates, assist engineers with calculations and product research, attend meetings, track tasks in Asana/GitHub, and support site visits and QA under mentorship while improving BIM workflows and team documentation.

Maintain BIM standards, prepare drawings and documentation, attend meetings, and support engineers while developing technical judgment under mentorship.

Lead business development for TEECOM's Workplace/Corporate vertical by building client relationships, developing a sales plan, generating pipeline, leveraging market intelligence, supporting project pursuits, representing the firm at industry events, and traveling to meet clients (30–40%). Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor internally, and capture competitive and client insights to grow market share and repeat business.
