Leads and develops the Customer Success team, owns gross revenue retention and expansion outcomes, manages strategic customer relationships, and oversees renewals and escalations. Builds scalable playbooks, processes, and performance metrics; reports on customer health and KPIs; partners with Sales on expansion; and translates customer feedback into product and operational priorities. The role also represents Customer Success with company leadership and requires travel of up to 50%.
