Lead a team of 12–16 Premium Auditors conducting workers’ compensation, general liability, and commercial-line audits. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, workload allocation, production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, reporting, and performance management. Resolve complex audit issues with insureds, agents, underwriters, and internal stakeholders. Supervise actuarial predictive modeling initiatives for insurance pricing, portfolio management, and planning. Reviews and resolves moderate to complex premium audit disputes for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies. Analyzes audit reports, financial records, classifications, policy language, and regulatory requirements to validate premium determinations. Investigates discrepancies, documents decisions, communicates findings, collaborates with underwriting, billing, auditors, and external stakeholders, and recommends process improvements. Ensures compliance, supports quality reviews, and serves as a subject-matter resource on premium audit matters.

Develop and maintain pricing and predictive models for credit insurance products. Analyze claims, loss ratios, portfolio performance, profitability, credit risk, and economic scenarios. Recommend pricing actions, support forecasting and reserves, evaluate underwriting strategies, and partner with underwriting, finance, claims, data science, and technology teams. Ensure model governance, documentation, and actuarial standards compliance.
