Own and administer the Workday tenant, manage configurations, releases, integrations and security. Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex issues, lead change control with HR/Finance/IS, produce documentation and training, manage vendor relationships, and drive adoption and process improvements across a multi‑unit organization supporting 2,000+ users.
