Lead RFP and proposal development, manage day-to-day account and strategy workflows for 1–5 brands, support client onboarding and program delivery, partner with Analytics on performance insights, and build strong client relationships to drive influencer marketing strategies and revenue growth.

Manage drafting, negotiating, and optimizing high-volume influencer and vendor contracts using CLM tools (Ironclad). Lead negotiations, identify and mitigate contract risks, liaise with external counsel, create playbooks and training, and improve contract workflows and metrics.

The Art Director will develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns, lead ideation, and partner with strategists and client teams to deliver impactful work while staying attuned to cultural trends.
