Owns the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a designated multifamily property portfolio. Responsibilities include improving profitability, occupancy, client satisfaction, and team execution; managing owner and board relationships; overseeing budgets, NOI performance, risk, legal, maintenance, safety, and building operations; and leading cross-functional portfolio staff through planning, meetings, feedback, and performance management.
