Supports sales incentive compensation administration, payment processing, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution. Provides compensation guidance to HR partners and managers, including market pricing, salary ranges, promotions, internal equity, annual salary reviews, and bonus calculations. Use the marketing tech stack (Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Illustrator) to plan, execute, and report on campaigns. Support event promotion and cross-functional communications.

Senior legal leader advising executive management on employment, compliance, commercial contracting, litigation oversight, and enterprise risk. Leads labor and employment law, compliance programs, global contracting, whistleblower investigations, data privacy, and legal operations improvements while managing outside counsel, developing legal talent, and implementing technology (e.g., AI-enabled CLM) to scale legal services.

This role involves guiding financial planning and analysis, leading strategic plans, and enhancing analytics capabilities while mentoring the finance team.
