Provides strategic employment-law counsel to Global Human Resources and business leaders across the employee lifecycle. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools while collaborating across leadership and administrative teams.

Manages and executes ITGC testing for SOX 404 compliance, including planning, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing.
