Design, implement, constrain, and verify FPGA/SoC designs using HDL and embedded software. Perform timing analysis, behavioral verification, hardware bring-up, lab/ATE testing, troubleshoot FPGA/hardware issues, participate in design reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality FPGA solutions for aerospace, defense, and communications products.

Lead architecture and design of complex embedded Linux software for SoC-based products. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive hardware-software integration, performance optimization, CI/CD adoption, and influence cross-functional technical decisions aligned with business needs.

Lead segment marketing for ADI power products in Aerospace & Defense: align product portfolio to customer needs, manage opportunity pipeline, drive strategy and sales collateral, support pricing and contract negotiation, and influence system architecture and power solutions with internal teams and key accounts. Up to 20% travel.

Support global pricing by maintaining pricing systems, validating and uploading data, developing reports and Power BI dashboards, performing SQL/Snowflake data extraction and quality checks, assisting UAT and system troubleshooting, documenting processes, and supporting pricing projects and automation efforts.

Lead product marketing for the Precision Switch/Mux franchise: set and execute product strategy, grow opportunity pipeline with Sales, research market trends, analyze pipeline data, produce external collateral and technical articles, create internal sales training, and engage strategic customers.

Lead bring-up and characterization of integrated photonics demonstrators, develop optical/electrical/thermal test plans, run high-speed and BER measurements, own Wilmington photonics lab operations and equipment, build Python automation for repeatable workflows, analyze measurement datasets, and collaborate across design, packaging, and foundry partners.
