Lead day-to-day accounting and finance for a public biotech: own SEC filings, manage full-cycle accounting and month/quarter close, ensure GAAP/SOX/ASC 606 compliance, support audits, maintain controls, and manage a small accounting team while partnering with cross-functional leaders.
