Manages Meritus College’s learner services ecosystem, including advising, tutoring, wellness, accessibility, library services, accommodations, escalations, vendors, and AI-supported tools. Leads Learner Success Partners, coordinates cross-functional programs, develops service standards and workflows, manages complaints and compliance documentation, tracks performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement for scalable online learner support.

Leads Meritus College’s learner-facing academic experience, including curriculum and program design, instructional quality, learner services, assessment, academic policy, and accreditation readiness. Manages instruction, program design, and learner services teams; establishes scalable systems, standards, and processes; oversees academic metrics and continuous improvement; and partners with the Chief Academic Officer on programs, modalities, credential structures, and support models.

Leads course and learning experience design for online, competency-based programs while managing instructional and learner support work. Designs courses, assessments, templates, and accessibility standards; partners with subject matter experts and adjunct faculty; coordinates timelines, dependencies, and team workflows; and uses learner feedback and LMS data for continuous improvement. This player-coach role also supports team leadership, capacity planning, academic integrity, and accreditation-ready documentation.
