Develop ABM, lead-generation, nurture, attribution, scoring, routing, and pipeline programs for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise buyers. Partner with Sales, RevOps, product marketing, campaign strategy, data, and technology leaders to establish targets, optimize funnel conversion, select the technology stack, and recruit and scale the team.

Own the email channel’s revenue contribution, lifecycle and retention strategy, attribution, segmentation, dashboards, deliverability, and automated journeys across multiple SaaS products. Lead churn-prevention and win-back programs, collaborate with Product and Data teams, use behavioral and predictive data for personalization, and manage three email marketing specialists.
