Manages international tax engagements, prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns for individuals and entities, and advises on foreign income, trusts, credits, assets, controlled foreign corporations, and offshore disclosures. Supervises engagement teams, mentors staff, manages client relationships, ensures compliance and deadlines, and contributes to firm leadership and development.

Manage tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and family groups. Supervise and develop staff, review work, research tax issues, advise clients, monitor engagement budgets and progress, communicate with principals, and identify opportunities for additional services. The role requires advanced federal and state tax expertise, strong client service, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Supervise and perform audits, reviews, compilations, attestations, and other engagements across various industries. Manage client relationships, research accounting and auditing issues, apply GAAS and GAAP, assess business risks, resolve technical matters, and train engagement staff. The role requires at least two years of public accounting experience, accounting and auditing expertise, and a CPA license or pursuit of CPA licensure. Some travel and flexible scheduling are required.

Manage federal and state tax compliance for diverse clients, including complex multi-state and foreign operations. Prepare and review worldwide GAAP ASC 740 income tax provisions, supervise engagement teams, review staff work, mentor employees, manage client relationships, support proposals, and ensure engagements meet deadlines and quality standards. The role requires advanced tax knowledge, strong communication and project management skills, and active CPA certification.
