The Legal Project Manager oversees legal matter lifecycle services for complex institutional clients, including scoping, budgeting, forecasting, billing compliance, financial tracking, reporting, and issue escalation. The role coordinates attorneys, legal support, finance, and clients; develops workflows, playbooks, dashboards, and training; leads process improvements; monitors portfolio performance; and supports technology-enabled operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Provides administrative and logistical support for litigation trial teams. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, hotels, vendors, courtroom and war-room logistics, technology, catering, office services, documentation, invoices, and trial-related expenses. Maintains checklists, schedules, records, and communications while coordinating with attorneys, internal departments, courts, hotels, and external vendors. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in remote, hybrid, and office settings.

Supports patent prosecution matters by managing U.S. and international patent dockets, monitoring deadlines, preparing and filing USPTO and PCT applications and related documents, handling IDS submissions and assignment recordations, reviewing agency correspondence, maintaining electronic files and worksheets, communicating with clients and attorneys, tracking time, and supporting workflow and paralegal training.
