Collaborates with attorneys and business development teams to research industry trends, maintain matter descriptions, support pitches and award nominations, and ensure accurate, client-friendly content across digital channels. Requires strong legal or private equity knowledge, exceptional writing skills, strategic judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Provides quality control for U.S. and international patent docket deadlines, maintains docket portfolios and databases, reviews USPTO and foreign patent documents, and generates reports. Supports docketing policies, procedures, training materials, portfolio transfers, and specialist coverage. Advises attorneys and staff on docket-related issues while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements. Requires strong knowledge of domestic and foreign patent matters, excellent proofreading and communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume work independently.
