Lead development and execution of enterprise risk management programs, taxonomies, risk assessments, KRIs, and reporting; collaborate with senior leadership, audit, compliance, and integrated reporting to monitor, measure, and communicate enterprise risks and ensure regulatory alignment.

Lead and build the Operational Risk Management program, including business resiliency, disaster recovery, crisis management, RCSAs, KRIs, incident management, and GRC tool implementation. Partner with senior leaders, report to Executive Head of ERM, embed risk culture, monitor and report operational risk posture, and develop team capabilities.
