Supports manufacturing and equipment engineering teams by improving production processes, reducing downtime and defects, troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, and resolving production blockers. Designs, builds, and commissions tooling and equipment, performs prototype hardware builds, updates work instructions, adjusts robot paths, tracks performance metrics, and conducts root-cause analysis. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, technical troubleshooting, CAD exposure, safety awareness, and occasional travel or off-hours support.
