Principal will source, evaluate, and execute Seed–Series A investments, lead due diligence and negotiations, support fundraising and portfolio company growth, and develop networks and investment theses. Role requires driving deal flow, constructing a ~25-investment portfolio annually, and collaborating across the investment team and broader firm.

Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing full-stack applications that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows. Transform spreadsheet-based processes into scalable systems, build API integrations, partner with stakeholders to define requirements, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Own projects from concept to production and deliver well-tested, maintainable code.
