Build and own workforce capacity, forecasting, and scenario models that guide hiring, coverage, account assignments, and organizational design. Maintain executive-ready dashboards and real-time visibility into workforce supply, demand, hiring pipelines, utilization, attrition risks, and workload distribution. Partner with HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and business leaders to translate complex workforce data into actionable decisions and ensure consistent reporting and assumptions across systems.

Leads and develops Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, overseeing coaching, performance evaluations, scorecards, client escalations, policies, and professional development. Partners with leadership to improve client satisfaction, retention, service delivery, and revenue outcomes. Supports business requirements, initiative adoption, and launches of new products and services across account management teams, employer benefit consultants, and clients.

Own strategic PBM client accounts after acquisition, serving as trusted advisor and coordinating internal teams, brokers, vendors, and partners. Lead account strategy, renewals, contract negotiations, reporting, issue resolution, upselling, and cross-selling. Monitor performance, utilization, claims, financial results, and service commitments. Deliver consulting, recommendations, executive presentations, and value stories while maintaining CRM records, supporting process improvements, and mentoring team members.

Supports brokers, consultants, and clients throughout onboarding and the account lifecycle. Responsibilities include client consultation, benefit plan and contract analysis, renewals, utilization reporting, proposals, billing coordination, work order facilitation, issue resolution, compliance with plan documents, relationship management, and support for strategic account executives. The role also maintains client data, prepares communications and reports, coordinates plan changes, and participates in client reviews and special projects.

Leads enterprise market and competitive intelligence, including research strategy, intelligence frameworks, governance, stakeholder forums, and team development. Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights supporting corporate strategy, growth, retention, business development, account management, marketing, product, and leadership. Produces competitive profiles, battlecards, dashboards, newsletters, and analysis to strengthen market positioning, messaging, and differentiation.

Administer and optimize HR systems, including configuration, workflows, reporting, integrations, access controls, audits, troubleshooting, and data feeds. Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert and liaison among HR users, business leaders, and vendors. Identify process improvements, document requirements, support enhancements, train users, maintain data integrity, and resolve system issues. The role requires extensive HR systems administration experience and familiarity with Cornerstone or ADP Workforce Now.

Leads corporate strategy initiatives, including long-range planning, growth opportunity assessment, financial modeling, executive analysis, and cross-functional execution. Provides internal consulting support, facilitates strategic planning, advises leaders, develops implementation plans, and drives high-priority initiatives. Requires strong healthcare experience, analytical and financial skills, communication ability, and expertise in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
