The BD Director will develop and lead cross-industry business strategies in Defense, Automotive, and Medical sectors, overseeing BD team performance and shaping early-stage opportunities.

Lead and expand RTI's presence in the Defense market by developing business strategies, navigating procurement processes, and collaborating with internal teams to capture defense contracts.
