The VP of Growth Marketing owns Later’s end-to-end marketing-to-revenue engine, including product marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO/AEO, CRO, web, and ABM. The role manages a 12+ person team, budget, attribution, experimentation, funnel performance, pipeline, signups, revenue, and retention across enterprise, self-serve, and creator audiences. This player-coach partners with Sales, Product, RevOps, and executive leadership while directly executing strategic programs when needed.

Lead Later’s public relations and media strategy across the creator economy, marketing, agency, and technology sectors. Build press relationships, secure tier-one coverage, develop thought-leadership campaigns, manage crisis communications, prepare executives for media opportunities, and track share of voice and earned-media performance. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Legal, Events, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and external PR partners to align communications with product launches and business priorities.

Own and scale identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and machine-to-machine security across Later’s platform. Build internal security tooling, embed application and infrastructure security controls into CI/CD pipelines, support compliance automation, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, and advise engineering and product teams on secure architecture and development practices. Mentor teams and improve the organization’s overall security posture while enabling rapid product delivery.

Leads large-scale software projects and delivers complex frontend and backend features. Responsibilities include technical problem-solving, architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, system reliability, cross-functional collaboration, requirements clarification, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also promotes engineering standards, Agile practices, scalable solutions, and continuous improvement while contributing to long-term product and technology strategy.

Design and build scalable backend services and platform architectures using C# or TypeScript. Lead complex projects, improve reliability, security, performance, testing, and deployment practices, and maintain CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot complex issues, shape technical standards, and mentor junior engineers. Contribute to Agile workflows, architectural planning, technical debt reduction, and production AI/ML applications.

Leads large-scale technical initiatives and delivers scalable, secure, high-quality full-stack systems using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Responsibilities include architecture, system design, performance optimization, API integrations, CI/CD, testing, deployment, debugging, and security. Partners with Product and Design, mentors engineers, influences technical direction, evaluates emerging technologies including AI/ML, and drives continuous improvements across engineering practices and developer experience.

Build and lead scalable platform services using C# or TypeScript, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Design secure architectures, improve reliability and performance, manage CI/CD and infrastructure as code, integrate third-party APIs, and explore AI/ML capabilities. The role also requires technical mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, architectural leadership, troubleshooting complex backend issues, and advancing engineering standards across teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients through retention, expansion, and strategic account plans. Serve as primary client contact across lifecycle, run executive reviews and workshops, navigate regulated environments, partner with Sales and delivery teams, and represent Later externally. Drive renewal and upsell motions, advise on influencer/social strategy, and translate client needs into product and go-to-market improvements.

The SVP of Partnerships will drive enterprise growth, manage high-value sales pipelines, and build strong relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring Later's innovative presence in the creator economy.

Lead identity and access management and secure engineering practices across the platform. Design and harden authentication/authorization, embed security into CI/CD, build internal security tooling, partner with engineering/product to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, and drive compliance automation (SOC 2/ISO 27001). Mentor teams, set security standards, and scale identity architecture and security automation.
