Manages team performance, career development, training, and professional growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables meet client deadlines and service-level requirements.

Processes and validates reader invoices for medical imaging and clinical trial services. Reconciles activity data across operational and financial systems, investigates discrepancies, supports accrual reporting, maintains audit-ready documentation, and coordinates with readers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Reader Operations. The role also monitors workflows, produces operational reports, supports compliance, and contributes to process improvements and SOP development.
