The Solution Engineer will lead technical sales efforts, conduct product demos, and assist customers with deployment and solutions involving Resilio technology.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage and grow enterprise accounts, execute sales strategies, and engage stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include expanding customer relationships, managing complex deals, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales goals.

Owns a quota-bearing renewal portfolio, closing 30+ renewals per quarter. Manages the full renewal cycle (outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close), drives price uplift and multi-year conversions, uncovers expansion opportunities, builds renewal cadences using Salesloft/Gainsight/CRM, and maintains accurate Salesforce/CPQ forecasting.
