The role also contributes to business planning, market insight, portfolio growth, mentoring, and product development. It requires at least 5 years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, 35% or more travel, and four days per week in the office.

Advises on floor plan, acquisition, real estate, lending, treasury, and other financial solutions; develops client-specific strategies; coordinates with investment banking and internal product teams; manages risk and compliance; mentors colleagues; and originates new relationships, loans, deposits, fees, and treasury management revenue.
