Support the quote-to-cash process by creating and validating quotes in CRM/quoting systems, coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Finance, ensuring timely order submission and continuous process improvement.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, execute multi-channel outreach, qualify prospects, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, partner with Account Executives on territory strategy, meet performance metrics, and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing.

Manage and grow Imprivata's channel partners across North America, driving revenue and partner enablement. Recruit and develop partners, deliver sales and technical training, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while collaborating with Regional Sales Managers.
