As an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you will grow accounts, manage sales cycles, and develop strategic planning to achieve revenue targets.

Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Development Representatives to generate pipeline and drive revenue. Partner with regional sales leaders, qualify prospects, track KPIs and forecasts, establish scalable lead management processes, and align SDR output to field sales needs.

Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.

The Director of ISV Partnerships will lead strategy and execution for MongoDB’s partner program, oversee a team, manage key relationships, and communicate with executive leadership to drive growth through ISV collaborations.

Design, package, and manage partner sales plays and joint offerings; enable field and partner sellers with assets and training; define KPIs and build dashboards; recommend incentive structures; prioritize and iterate plays to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
